Jeremy Nichols: Born February 21, 1992 in Brockville, Ontario. Shot - right. Position – defense. Joined the Braves for the 2010 playoffs after affiliating in four games during the regular season, following being drafted in 2009. Played two years with the Brockville Jr. B Tikis, starting in 2008/09 as a 16 year old, accumulating 24 points, named to the first all-star team in the 2009/10 season after accumulating 46 points. Played minor hockey with the Kanata Minor Hockey Association. Attended 2007 Ontario Major Bantam AAA Championship and was a member of several league championship teams during minor hockey career. Currently enrolled at Sacred Heart High School in Stittsville, Grade 12, and achieved honor role status for grades 9 to 11.
Personal: The son of Cindy and Terry Nichols. Jeremy has a younger sister Sarah who attends Holy Trinity High School in Kanata and plays Midget AA for the Ottawa Senators Women’s Hockey Club.
