Ryan better known as “Smitty” comes to the Golden Hawks from the mighty Quinte Red Devils Minor Midget program and is the only 16 year old on this year’s team. Hard worker, very competitive, good on face-offs, sees the ice well, playmaker, plays a 200 foot game are all words to describe the player who’s hobbies include hunting, baseball, tennis and agriculture. An honours student, Mr. Smith aspires to play NCAA D1 hockey.
