BIO

Last Season: Will played for the Gilmour Academy Prep team in Cleveland, Ohio for the second year in a row, where he led the Midwest Prep League in Goals Against average and Save percentage during the regular season and through the playoffs. In the playoffs, he led the team to the finals with a shootout victory in which he saved all three shots he faced.
More on Betts: previously played for Cleveland Barons, Pittsburgh Viper Stars and the Pittsburgh Hornets AAA hockey clubs... played in National Championships progressing to the Semi-finals one season, and the Quarter-finals another... He was selected to two USA Hockey festival camps. Will had the opportunity to play on a team representing the United States in an international tournament in Belarus, where he received the Goalie of the Tournament award. Will will be a senior at the Thousand Islands Secondary School...he was on the high honor roll his freshman year in high school, and on the honor roll both his sophomore and junior years at Gilmour Academy Prep School. His current high school GPA is 3.5.
