Toronto Bulldogs hangs on, beats Detroit Red Wings 3-1

Dean Letourneau scored the go-ahead goal in the first period, and Toronto Bulldogs held off the challenges of Detroit Red Wings in a tough 3-1 win.

A goal 3:21 into the first period by Letourneau proved to be the game winner, and powered Toronto Bulldogs to the victory. Michael Hage provided the assist.

Toronto Bulldogs was led by Jay Feldberg, who had one goal. Feldberg scored 3:24 into the third period to make the score 2-0 Toronto Bulldogs. Andoni Fimis picked up the assist.

Toronto Bulldogs' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three Detroit Red Wings power plays. Toronto Bulldogs kept Detroit Red Wings' goalie busy throughout the game, and Landon Miller made 45 saves on 48 shots.

Owen King also scored for Toronto Bulldogs. In addition, Toronto Bulldogs received assists from Anthony Cristoforo, who had one.

Detroit Red Wings was led by Liam Storch, who scored the team's only goal. Storch scored 8:23 into the third period to make the score 2-1 Toronto Bulldogs. Lucas Van Vliet provided the assist.

Ryerson Leenders made 20 saves for Toronto Bulldogs on 21 shots. Toronto Bulldogs incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Detroit Red Wings incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
