Bozeman falls to Great Falls in overtime, 2-1 (OT)

Great Falls pulled out a 2-1 (OT) overtime victory over Bozeman on a clutch goal by Ricards Bernhards.

After the loss made the series score 1-0 in the best of three series, Bozeman faces elimination next time out.

Great Falls' Jake Stephan was a brick wall in net, as he came up with 40 saves and let only one puck past him. Despite the solid performance, Stephan will actually see his goals against average rise, as it stood at 0.74 entering the contest.

Great Falls was paced by Bernhards, who tallied one goal. Bernhards scored 1:29 into to make the score 2-1 Great Falls. Jesse Johnson picked up the assist.

Great Falls forced Bozeman goalie Stephen Frank to work between the pipes, taking 63 shots.

Great Falls also got a goal from Brendan Jester as well. More assists for Great Falls came via Stevan Goran, Josh Larson, and Miles Giorgione, who each chipped in one.

Bozeman's offense rang up 41 shots on Great Falls' net.

Bozeman was led by Zach Frasier, who scored the team's only goal. Frasier scored 5:14 into the third period to make the score 1-0 Bozeman. Steven Nisbet assisted on the tally.
