Ottawa takes care of Kemptville early, wins 12-1

The win gave Ottawa a one-zero lead in the best of seven series.

Jaren Burke had two goals to lead Senators to victory.

Ottawa 's Ian Andriano was a brick wall in net, as he came up with 29 saves and let only one puck past him.

Senators put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow 73s to score on any of their seven power plays.Ottawa kept Kemptville's goalie busy throughout the game, and Nicholas Hodgins made five saves on 39 shots.

Ottawa also got points from Daniel Sarracco, who also registered one goal and two assists , Zacharie Car, who also registered one goal and one assist , Evan Lindquist, who also registered one goal and one assist , Jody Sullivan, who also registered three goals and one assist to lead the team in points, Luke McCaw, who also registered one goal and two assists , Geoffrey Lawson, who also registered one goal and one assist , and Alexandre Way, who also registered one goal and two assists. Zachary Cross also scored for Ottawa.
