Jeremy Currie was superb between the pipes for the Grimsby Peach Kings, as he did not allow a goal in a 1-0 victory over the Dundas Blues. The win by Grimsby clinched the best of seven series at 4-3. Curtis Conrad's game-winning tally was the game's only goal. It came at 12:33 in the second period. Kyle Kozielski picked up the assist. The Peach Kings were paced by Conrad, who grabbed one goal. Grimsby stifled Dundas' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. The Blues were unable to stop the Peach Kings from sending pucks towards the net, and Grimsby eventually piled up 33 shots on goal. Dundas excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. The Blues forced the Peach Kings goalie Currie to work between the pipes, taking 32 shots. Jeremy Currie made 32 saves for Grimsby on 32 shots. The Peach Kings incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Dundas' Andrew Albano stopped 32 shots out of the 33 that he faced.
