Baggetta stymies Buffalo, North York wins 4-1

The win by North York broke a deadlock and gave North York a one-two advantage in the best of seven series.

Rangers's penalty kill excelled, as Rangers gave up zero goals despite allowing six power plays.

North York were sparked by Fedor Rudakov, who tallied one goal. Rudakov scored in the first period to make the score 2-0 North York. Nick Campoli picked up the assist.

Rangers stifled Jr. Sabres's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.North York's power play unit failed to produce, and was held to zero goals on 14 chancesRangers kept Buffalo's goalie busy throughout the game, and Tucker Weppner made 23 saves on 32 shots.

Others who scored for North York included Keegan Blasby, who had one and Michael Morgan, who had three. More assists for North York came via Chris Sekelyk, who had two and Nick Zanette, Luke Hincenbergs, Kyle Clarke, Campoli, and Grayden Gottschalk, who contributed one apiece.

Jr. Sabres stifled North York's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.
