The win by Elmira clinched the best of seven series at four-one

Sugar Kings incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Elmira ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Ty Biles was ejected from the game. Jason DaSilva rejected 23 shots on goal for Guelph. Hurricanes incurred 28 minutes in penalty time with nine minors.
