M2 Virginia Tech University rides Jones to victory over M2 George Washington University, 4-1

A stellar performance between the pipes by Tanner Jones helped M2 Virginia Tech University defeat the M2 George Washington University Colonials, 4-1.

M2 Virginia Tech University's penalty kill excelled, as M2 Virginia Tech University gave up zero goals despite allowing 14 power plays.

M2 Virginia Tech University was led by Gary Steele, who finished with one goal. Steele scored 16:59 into the first period to make the score 2-0 M2 Virginia Tech University. Miles Miller assisted on the tally.

M2 Virginia Tech University stifled M2 George Washington University's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. M2 Virginia Tech University's offense rang up 44 shots on the Colonials' net.
