Huge game by Lozano boosts M1 Lindenwood University over M1 Delaware ^ University of, 6-3

Behind a great game by Michael Lozano, who had two goals and one assist, the M1 Lindenwood University Lions defeated the M1 Delaware ^ University of Blue Hens, 6-3.

Lozano scored at 16:24 into the first period to make the score 3-0 M1 Lindenwood University and again while short handed 15:42 into the second to make the score 4-1 M1 Lindenwood University.

In a losing effort, M1 Delaware ^ University of was paced by Nick Ustaski, who finished with two goals. Ustaski scored the first of his two goals at 3:43 into the third period to make the score 4-2 M1 Lindenwood University. Leo Skehan assisted on the tally. Ustaski's next tally made the score 5-3 M1 Lindenwood University with 5:36 left in the third period. Skehan provided the assist.

M1 Lindenwood University's offense rang up 43 shots on the Blue Hens' net.

M1 Lindenwood University also got points from Brennan Luscombe, who also tallied one goal and two assists and Lukas Daniels, who also registered one goal and three assists to lead the team in points. M1 Lindenwood University also had goals scored by Stephen Bopp and Riley Spraggs, who scored one goal each. More assists for M1 Lindenwood University came via Brandon Rumble, Cade Owad, Graham Zagrodney, and Jake Fairchild, who contributed one each.

M1 Delaware ^ University of excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in five chances. The Blue Hens got an offensive boost from their blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game. The 31 shots that M1 Delaware ^ University of put on net surpassed the Blue Hens' average of 3.0 shots per game this season.

Cole Zucker also scored for M1 Delaware ^ University of. In addition, M1 Delaware ^ University of received assists from Justin Hoch, Maxwell Freeman, John Redgate, and Alex Guerere, who each chipped in one.
