M1 Lehigh University downs M1 Towson University in overtime, 3-2 (OT)

Kevin McGee gave the M1 Lehigh University Mountain Hawks a 3-2 (OT) victory over the M1 Towson University Tigers when he scored 19 seconds into the extra period.

M1 Lehigh University got the win behind a great game by McGee, who had two goals and one assist. McGee scored the first of his two goals on the power play at 9:01 into the second period to make the score 2-1 M1 Lehigh University. The Mountain Hawks had gotten the advantage when M1 Towson University's Todd Clingerman was sent off for cross checking. Andrew Clayton picked up the assist. McGee's next tally on the power play made the score 3-2 M1 Lehigh University with 19:41 left in overtime. Henry Brooks provided the assist.

M1 Lehigh University managed to stay out of the box better than usual, registering one minor for two minutes in penalty time. The Mountain Hawks finished below its season average of 15.0 penalty minutes per game. By firing 36 shots on goal, M1 Lehigh University exceeded the 0.2 shots it averages per game this year.
