Chicago Fury (MM) beats Victory Honda (MM) 4-2 after comeback scare

Victory Honda (MM) tried its best to erase a three-goal deficit, but Chicago Fury (MM) would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 4-2.

A goal by Vladimir Studennikov put Chicago Fury (MM) up 4-1 in the third period, but Victory Honda (MM) pulled to within two on Christian Sabin's tally 12:09 into the third period.

Chicago Fury (MM) was paced by JEFFREY LOSURDO, who tallied one goal and one assist. LOSURDO scored 3:56 into the second period to make the score 3-1 Chicago Fury (MM). Studennikov picked up the assist.

Chicago Fury (MM)'s penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three Victory Honda (MM) power plays. Chicago Fury (MM)'s offense rang up 48 shots on Victory Honda (MM)'s net. Chicago Fury (MM) could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 68 minutes in penalties during the game.
