The M1 Ohio University Bobcats had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 5-2 win over the M1 Iowa State University Cyclones.

M1 Ohio University's penalty kill excelled, as the Bobcats gave up one goal despite allowing six power plays.

M1 Ohio University was sparked by Michael Harris, who finished with one goal. Harris scored on the power play 14:53 into the first period to make the score 3-1 M1 Ohio University.
