Parker's hat trick boosts M1 Cornell University over M1 Ithaca College, 9-1

Dylan Parker lifted the M1 Cornell University Big Red to a 9-1 victory with a hat trick against the M1 Ithaca College Bombers.

Parker's first goal came 40 seconds into the first period. He then added goals at 7:16 into the first and at 8:47 into the third.

M1 Cornell University led 5-1 after the opening frame the first period and maintained a healthy margin after.

The Big Red stifled M1 Ithaca College's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. M1 Cornell University bested its season scoring average. The Big Red average 5.1 goals per game. By firing 48 shots on goal, M1 Cornell University exceeded the 0.1 shots it averages per game this year. The Big Red could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 14 minutes in penalties during the game.

M1 Cornell University additionally got points from Parker Dietz, who also grabbed one goal and one assist and Ryan Hornung, who also had one goal and one assist.
