Paris blows out Woodstock, 5-2

The Paris Mounties had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 5-2 win over the Woodstock Navy Vets.
After the loss made the series score 3-2 in the best of seven series, Woodstock faces elimination next time out.
Keegan Alvestad quarterbacked Paris' offense to perfection and bagged four assists in the Mounties' win over the Navy Vets.
Paris' penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on three Woodstock power plays.
Others who scored for Paris included Hunter Dubecki AP, Brady Wheelans, Griffin Heitshu, Richard Brooks, and Ryan Stephenson, who scored one goal each. More assists for Paris came via Connor Purbrick, Brodie Smith, Graham Evans, and Cole Corriveau, who contributed one each.
