Tyler Smoyer netted a hat trick to lead M3-Old Dominion University over M3-Johnson and Wales University, 13-2.

Smoyer got on the scoresheet 1:25 into the first period. He then added goals at 5:11 into the first and at 7:07 into the third.

M3-Old Dominion University led 6-1 after the opening frame the first period and maintained a healthy margin after.
