M3-Life Univeristy holds on for 4-2 win against M3-Tennessee University of

M3-Tennessee University of tried to dig itself out of a three-goal hole, but M3-Life Univeristy held on for a 4-2 victory.

M3-Life Univeristy made the score 4-1 on a goal by Justin Lee at 2:16 in the third period, and M3-Tennessee University of got as close as 4-2 when Aaron Liner scored 17:42 into the third period.

Chase Quinlan had one goal and two assists to lead M3-Life Univeristy. Quinlan scored 13:23 into the first period to make the score 2-0 M3-Life Univeristy. Steve Bako picked up the assist.

M3-Life Univeristy forced M3-Tennessee University of goalie Erik Haski to work between the pipes, taking 37 shots. Team could not crack M3-Tennessee University of's penalty kill and was held to one power play goal while having 12 opportunities to play with the man advantage. M3-Life Univeristy could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 20 minutes in penalties during the game.

Others who scored for M3-Life Univeristy included Mark Pavelek and Matt Reiman, who scored one goal each. In addition, M3-Life Univeristy received assists from Travis Grace and Jarett Cicirello, who contributed one each.
