Aurora downs Lindsay, 3-0

JD Falconer grabbed one point to lead the Aurora Tigers to a 3-0 victory over the Lindsay Muskies.

Aurora excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances. The Tigers' defense was surprisingly good. Aurora gives up 2.5 goals on average per game. The Tigers forced Lindsay goalie Sean Green to work between the pipes, taking 34 shots.

Aurora also got a goal from Keegan Matthew as well. In addition, Aurora received assists from Spencer Herbst, Evan Kearns, Drake Board, and Noah Delmas, who each chipped in one.

The Muskies stifled Aurora's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Lindsay was held below its usual level of production. The Muskies average 2.2 goals per game.

Joshua Boyko made 20 saves for the Tigers on 20 shots. Aurora incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Lindsay's Green stopped 31 shots out of the 33 that he faced. The Muskies incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
