Boston Advantage (MM) rips CT Wolfpack (MM), 6-2

Boston Advantage (MM) had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-2 win over CT Wolfpack (MM).

Boston Advantage (MM) got the win thanks to a great game by Tim Weinstein, who had one goal and three assists. Weinstein scored 15:43 into the third period to make the score 6-2 Boston Advantage (MM). J Nagle picked up the assist.

Boston Advantage (MM) put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow CT Wolfpack (MM) to score on any of its three power plays. Boston Advantage (MM) forced CT Wolfpack (MM) goalie Marcus Nylander to work between the pipes, taking 44 shots. Boston Advantage (MM) outdid its season average for goals scored. Boston Advantage (MM) averages 2.3 goals per game.

Boston Advantage (MM) additionally got points from Zack Damico, who also grabbed one goal and one assist, Jake Mckenelley, who also registered one goal and one assist, and Matt Rutigliano, who also had one goal and one assist. Sean Davis also scored for Boston Advantage (MM). More assists for Boston Advantage (MM) came via Shawn Montgomery, who had two and Emerson Mahoney, Jake Hallisey, and Owen Schiffmann, who each chipped in one.

CT Wolfpack (MM)'s penalty kill was spotless, allowing no goals on four Boston Advantage (MM) power plays. Boston Advantage (MM) was unable to stop CT Wolfpack (MM) from sending pucks towards the net, and CT Wolfpack (MM) eventually piled up 32 shots on goal.
