M3-Colorado School of Mines made the score 6-3 on a goal by Brendan Aleksivich at 27 seconds in the third period, and M3-Fort Lewis College got as close as 6-4 when Tyler Scott scored 3:00 into the third period. M3-Colorado School of Mines got the win with help from a great game by Alexi Redies, who had one goal and two assists.
