M3-Rowan University let multiple leads slip away before eventually digging out of a two hole to pick up the win. M3-Rowan University took a 3-2 advantage on a goal by Mitchell Oliveto at 13:48 in the first period. M3-Rowan University found itself down 2-0 after M3-Farmingdale State College's Frankie Azzara put the puck home at 6:52 in the first period. After evening things up at 4-4 on a goal by Eric Bell at 36 seconds in the third, M3-Rowan University got the game-winner from Tristan Tilghman at 6:24 in the third period. M3-Rowan University was paced by Tilghman, who tallied one goal. M3-Rowan University additionally got points from Marty Bell, who also finished with one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Brandon Mead also scored for M3-Rowan University. More assists for M3-Rowan University came via Dennis Padick, Nicholas Dow, Nicholas Scarangella, and Darren Raudenbush, who each chipped in one.
