Gates' hat trick boosts M2 Worcester Polytechnic Institute over M2 Lyndon State College, 10-4

M2 Lyndon State College could not stop M2 Worcester Polytechnic Institute's Patrick Gates, who tallied a hat trick in a 10-4 win.

Gates notched his first tally 4:49 into the second period. He then added goals at 15:54 into the second and at 16:54 into the second.

M2 Lyndon State College trailed by one after the first period, but M2 Worcester Polytechnic Institute went into the second intermission with a 8-3 lead and never looked back.
