M2 Non-ACHA Team uses shootout to best M2 North Dakota State University, 7-6 (3-1 SO)

Three periods of regulation and an overtime session were not enough to settle matters as M2 Non-ACHA Team defeated M2 North Dakota State University in a shootout 7-6 (3-1 SO).

The two teams needed five turns to complete the shootout. M2 North Dakota State University's shootout goal was scored by Derek Rasmussen. M2 Non-ACHA Team's other shootout goals were scored by Number Ten and Number Sixteen.

Number Twenty-Two was all over the ice for M2 Non-ACHA Team, as he tallied two goals and one assist in the win. Twenty-Two scored the first of his two goals short handed at 3:52 into the first period to make the score 1-0 M2 Non-ACHA Team. M2 Non-ACHA Team found itself down a man on Number Six's roughing. Ten provided the assist. Twenty-Two's next tally short handed made the score 2-0 M2 Non-ACHA Team with 13:40 left in the first period. Number Eighteen picked up the assist.
