M2 Long Beach State University's Ryan Todd had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing two assists in his team's 6-1 win over M2 Chapman University.

Todd scored at 15:47 into the first period to make the score 2-0 M2 Long Beach State University and again while 1:02 into the third to make the score 4-1 M2 Long Beach State University.

M2 Long Beach State University put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow M2 Chapman University to score on any of its four power plays. M2 Long Beach State University kept M2 Chapman University's goalie busy throughout the game, and David Norick made 49 saves on 55 shots.
