Humme's goals lift M3-Missouri State University to 5-2 victory over M2 Illinois State University

Michael Humme had two goals to lead M3-Missouri State University to a 5-2 victory over M2 Illinois State University.

Humme scored at 12:34 into the second period to make the score 2-2 and again while 16:53 into the second to make the score 4-2 M3-Missouri State University.

M3-Missouri State University kept M2 Illinois State University's goalie busy throughout the game, and Cory Wasilewski made 37 saves on 42 shots. M3-Missouri State University could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 24 minutes in penalties during the game.

M3-Missouri State University also had goals scored by Drew Sturm, Tyler Reineri, and Zac Schmidt, who each put in one. In addition, M3-Missouri State University received assists from Adam Thrower, Tanner Lindsey, and Brian Leslie, who each chipped in one and Troy Korte and Shawn Leslie, who contributed two each.
