M3-Colorado Colo Springs rolls over M3-Western State Colorado Univ., 9-1

M3-Colorado Colo Springs had a five-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 9-1 win over M3-Western State Colorado Univ.

M3-Colorado Colo Springs got the win with help from a great game by Dalton Horne, who had two goals and one assist. Horne scored the first of his two goals at 7:17 into the first period to make the score 2-0 M3-Colorado Colo Springs. Peter Hunt provided the assist. Horne's next tally made the score 8-1 M3-Colorado Colo Springs with 9:29 left in the third period. Wyatt Smith assisted on the tally.
