M3-Rowan University gutted out a close 6-4 win against M3-Fairfield University.

Neither team gained more than a two-goal lead, and Daniel Dimonte's goal in the second period proved to be the difference maker.

M3-Rowan University got the win on the strength of a great game by Marty Bell, who had one goal and two assists. Bell scored 15:40 into the third period to make the score 6-4 M3-Rowan University. Eric Bell assisted on the tally.

In a losing effort, M3-Fairfield University was led by Scott Kohlhepp, who racked up two goals. Kohlhepp scored the first of his two goals at 2:10 into the second period to make the score 2-1 M3-Rowan University. Matthew Engel provided the assist.
