The game between M3-Cleveland State University and M3-Lawrence Tech (White) was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end M3-Cleveland State University emerged with a 5-4 win.

Neither team gained more than a two-goal lead, and Mark Sharpnack's goal in the third period proved to be the difference maker.
