M1 Duquesne University erases deficit to stun M1 Temple University, 10-7

The M1 Duquesne University Dukes climbed out of a four-goal hole to beat M1 Temple University, 10-7.

M1 Duquesne University never led in the game until netting the game winner. The Dukes fell behind 4-0 after a goal by M1 Temple University's John Kumpf at 16:44 in the first period. M1 Duquesne University knotted things up at 6-6 on a power play goal by Eric Smith at 4:16 in the third period. The Dukes got the game winner on the power play at 8:45 in the third period on a goal by Smith.

M1 Temple University was doomed by its poor performance on special teams, as M1 Duquesne University was able to score five times while on the power play.

The Dukes surpassed their usual scoring output this season. This season, M1 Duquesne University averages 3.6 goals per contest.
