M2 Boston University wins tough contest against M2 Boston College, 4-2

In a game where neither team could get a cushion, M2 Boston University escaped with a 4-2 victory over M2 Boston College.

Neither team gained more than a two-goal lead, and Michael Minarczyk's goal in the third period proved to be the difference maker.

Taylor Parkinson had a great game for M2 Boston University, netting two goals. Parkinson found the back of the net on the power play 8:49 into the first period to make the score 1-1 and again while 19:21 into the third to make the score 4-2 M2 Boston University.

M2 Boston University excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances.

Lucas Esposito also scored for M2 Boston University. More assists for M2 Boston University came via Temur Hannan, Ben Key Comis, Scott Woods, and Nick Lupo, who each chipped in one.

M2 Boston College could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 14 minutes in penalties during the game.

M2 Boston College was helped by William Antonides, who racked up one goal. Antonides scored 2:31 into the first period to make the score 1-0 M2 Boston College. David Monahan picked up the assist. M2 Boston College also got points from Monahan, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. In addition, M2 Boston College received assists from Steven Bayles, who had one.
