M2 New York University holds on for 5-3 win against M2 Boston College

M2 Boston College tried to dig itself out of a three-goal hole, but M2 New York University held on for a 5-3 victory.

M2 New York University took a 5-2 lead during the third period, only to have M2 Boston College storm back on a Ciaran Cleary goal 16:02 into the third period to pull to two goals down.

Denis OHara had two goals to lead M2 New York University to victory. OHara found the back of the net short handed 4:58 into the second period to make the score 2-1 M2 New York University and again while 9:54 into the second to make the score 3-2 M2 New York University.

M2 New York University was forced to rely heavily on their penalty kill unit throughout the game, as it racked up 16 penalty minutes. The 36 shots that M2 New York University put on net surpassed M2 New York University's average of 32.0 shots per game this season.
