TYLER RUNYAN gave Thunder AAA Hockey a 4-3 (OT) victory over St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) when he scored 46 seconds into the extra period.

Thunder AAA Hockey was sparked by RUNYAN, who racked up one goal.

In a losing effort, St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) was led by Ethan Stahlhuth, who registered two goals. Stahlhuth scored the first of his two goals at 30 seconds into the second period to make the score 1-0 St. Louis AAA Blues (MM). Nick Balestra assisted on the tally. Stahlhuth's next tally made the score 2-2 with 17:47 left in the third period. Balestra picked up the assist.

Thunder AAA Hockey put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) to score on any of its three power plays. Thunder AAA Hockey forced St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) goalie Trevor Osborne to work between the pipes, taking 34 shots.

Thunder AAA Hockey also got points from ERIC HIRSCHHAUT, who also registered one goal and two assists. Thunder AAA Hockey also had goals scored by RENARS KRASTENBERGS and ZACH ZALAR, who scored one goal each. In addition, Thunder AAA Hockey received assists from TYLER DILL, who had three and SCOTT AARON and PAUL RABY, who each chipped in one.

Thunder AAA Hockey was unable to stop St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) from sending pucks towards the net, and St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) eventually piled up 35 shots on goal.

Curtis Oliff also scored for St. Louis AAA Blues (MM). Other players who recorded assists for St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) were Ryan Edgar, Zane OBryan, Blake Freund, and Nick Schnelle, who contributed one each.

Thunder AAA Hockey's TRISTIN KUEHN stopped 32 shots out of the 35 that he faced. Thunder AAA Hockey incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Trevor Osborne made 30 saves for St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) on 34 shots. St. Louis AAA Blues (MM) incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors.
