Paul's hat trick boosts M3-Widener University over M3-Penn State-Harrisburg, 9-5

Jimmy Paul lifted M3-Widener University to a 9-5 victory with a hat trick against M3-Penn State-Harrisburg.

Paul notched his first tally 58 seconds into the first period. He then added goals at 11:20 into the first and at 9:47 into the second.

M3-Widener University kept M3-Penn State-Harrisburg's goalie busy throughout the game, and Addison Anton made 37 saves on 46 shots. M3-Widener University surpassed its usual scoring output this season. M3-Widener University has scored at the pace of 4.2 goals per game during the current campaign.

M3-Widener University also got points from Brian OConnell, who also registered two goals and one assist, Tom Neher, who also racked up one goal and one assist, and Drew Phillipes, who also had one goal and four assists to lead the team in points. M3-Widener University also got a goal from Joe Dees as well. In addition, M3-Widener University received assists from Tim Leach, who had three.

M3-Penn State-Harrisburg forced M3-Widener University's goaltenders to work without much rest, getting 36 shots and forcing 31 saves. Michael Booth made 19 stops and Andrew Sokol made 12.
