Behind a great game by Kyle Mullin, who had two goals and one assist, WC Bayard Rustin defeated Great Valley, 9-1.

Mullin scored at 6:13 into the second period to make the score 2-1 WC Bayard Rustin and again while 6:41 into the third to make the score 7-1 WC Bayard Rustin.

WC Bayard Rustin pulled out the victory even though it was hit with 32 penalty minutes.

WC Bayard Rustin kept Great Valley's goalie busy throughout the game, and Daniel Dougherty made 31 saves on 40 shots.

WC Bayard Rustin additionally got points from Eric Flynn, who also registered one goal and two assists, Ian Strasinski, who also tallied one goal and two assists, and Tommy Sloan, who also racked up two goals and one assist. WC Bayard Rustin also had goals scored by Hayden Karnick, Benjamin Meisinger, and Tyler Dougherty, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for WC Bayard Rustin were Connor Lapps, who had two and Evan Greenberg, Aris Tsingiropoulos, Evan Burke, Owen McDougall, Matthew Widdis, Dante DiPillo, and Joel Sheriko, who contributed one each.

Great Valley did not challenge the opposing netminder, only getting seven shots on net to force six saves.

Great Valley was led by Casey Funk, who scored the team's only goal. Funk scored on the power play 12:30 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Great Valley had gotten the advantage when WC Bayard Rustin's John Breznicky was sent off for cross checking. Connor Iwanicki assisted on the tally.

WC Bayard Rustin's Jason Grande stopped six shots out of the seven that he faced. WC Bayard Rustin registered two goals on two power play opportunities. Great Valley incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
