Zappo nets hat trick, leads Springfield to 6-1 win over Strath HavenAston Ice Works Fri, Jan 22, 2016 Strath Haven could not stop Springfield's Jacob Zappo, who tallied a hat trick in a 6-1 win. Zappo's first goal came 13:45 into the first period. He then added goals at 14:09 into the first and at 34 seconds into the third.Springfield's offense operated below its season average. Springfield puts an average of 8.3 pucks into the net per game. Springfield kept Strath Haven's goalie busy throughout the game, and Lukas Bernaus made 26 saves on 32 shots. Springfield also got points from Andrew Astrino, who also had one goal and one assist and Tyler Riddle, who also registered one goal and two assists. Jim Schickling also scored for Springfield.
