Oxford's Mullen deadly on offense in 2-1 win against RadnorIceLine Rink 1 Mon, Nov 30, 2015 Oxford relied on the scoring touch of Zackery Mullen, who netted two goals, to beat Radnor, 2-1. Mullen's tallies came at 4:33 into the second period to make the score 1-0 Oxford and 5:34 into the second to make the score 2-0 Oxford.Oxford was led by goalie Ryan Snowden, who finished with 72 saves while allowing one goal. The solid play of Snowden will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 3.39. Oxford's offense was handcuffed by Radnor's defensive play, and Oxford managed only 11 shots on goal during the game. Other players who recorded assists for Oxford were Bradley Henry, Tyler Swick, and Zachary Balla, who contributed one each. Radnor's offense rang up 73 shots on Oxford's net. Radnor was led by Brandon Curtis, who scored the team's only goal. Curtis scored 6:53 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Oxford. Brad Burton provided the assist. Oxford avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored zero goals off of zero power plays. Martin Connor recorded nine saves for Radnor. Radnor ended with no penalties and went 0-for-0 on the power play.
