Jake Cross netted a hat trick to lead Ridley over Marple Newtown, 10-0.

Cross notched his first tally 8:23 into the first period. He then added goals at 13:38 into the first and at 40 seconds into the third.

Marple Newtown was unable to stop Ridley from sending pucks towards the net, and Ridley eventually piled up 37 shots on goal. Ridley found the back of the net more times than it usually has this season. Ridley averages 4.7 goals per game. Ridley was effective with a man advantage, and put in three goals while on the power play.

Ridley also got points from Michael Giampapa, who also registered three goals and three assists, Colin McCann, who also racked up one goal and three assists, Michael Desio, who also had one goal and two assists, and Nick Catona, who also finished with two goals and two assists. In addition, Ridley received assists from Nate Dunning, who had one and Brett Dunning, who had four.

Ridley's defense shut down Marple Newtown's forwards for much of the game, and Marple Newtown got off only nine shots during the contest.

Ridley took out Wayne Shambo after he had made four saves and installed Brendahn Brawley in goal, where he finished with five saves and the win. Ridley incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Drew Moore recorded 27 saves for Marple Newtown. Marple Newtown incurred 20 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
