Holy Ghost Prep relied on the scoring touch of Kyle Weller, who netted four goals, to beat Malvern Prep, 4-1.

Weller's first goal came 3:28 into the first period. He then added goals at 42 seconds into the second, at 12:21 into the second, and at 15:41 into the third.

Malvern Prep was unable to stop Holy Ghost Prep from sending pucks towards the net, and Holy Ghost Prep eventually piled up 35 shots on goal.

In addition, Holy Ghost Prep received assists from Robert Freiling, who had two and Thomas McNulty, Marko Bohatiuk, and Bobby Ovecka, who contributed one each.
