La Salle penalty kill dominates in 3-1 defeat of PDS

PDS failed to take advantage of its power play opportunities and La Salle shook off a number of penalties to win, 3-1.

La Salle was led by Ethan Lamond, who had one goal. Lamond scored on the power play 7:21 into the second period to make the score 2-1 La Salle. David Mester picked up the assist.

La Salle's offense rang up 34 shots on PDS' net. The defense for La Salle tightened up when it had players in the penalty box, as it let in one goal on 11 PDS power plays. La Salle could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 22 minutes in penalties during the game.

Others who scored for La Salle included Jeffrey Gratz and Austin Master, who each put in one. Other players who recorded assists for La Salle were Taylor Smith, Coty Thomas, and Harrison Feeney, who each chipped in one.

PDS was led by Default Skater, who scored the team's only goal. Skater scored on the power play zero seconds into the second period to make the score 1-1.

Feeney recorded 20 saves for La Salle. La Salle registered two goals on zero power play opportunities. Default Goalie rejected 31 shots on goal for PDS.
