Strath Haven survived a determined comeback attempt by Garnet Valley on the way to a 4-3 win.

A goal by Mike Irey put Strath Haven up 4-1 in the third period, but Garnet Valley pulled to within one on Anthony Starzi's tally 14:33 into the third period.

Logan Simonian quarterbacked Strath Haven's offense to perfection and bagged three assists in Strath Haven's win over Garnet Valley.

Strath Haven did not reach the goal total it has come to expect this season. Strath Haven averages 7.3 goals per game. Strath Haven kept Garnet Valley's goalie busy throughout the game, and Gregory Schenk made 29 saves on 33 shots.

Strath Haven also got a goal from Ryan Lowe as well. In addition, Strath Haven received assists from Sean Volz, who had one.

Garnet Valley excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances.

Dominic Starzi also scored for Garnet Valley. More assists for Garnet Valley came via Matthew Wood and Joseph Shull, who contributed one each.

Jason Teofilak made 21 saves for Strath Haven on 24 shots. Strath Haven incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Garnet Valley incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
