Downingtown East and WC East skate to 2-2 tie

Even though WC East's Chris Rodier netted two goals and Zachary Mulholland contributed one point, WC East was held to a tie by Downingtown East, 2-2.

Downingtown East was held below its usual level of production. Downingtown East averages 4.7 goals per game.

Downingtown East was led by Jack MaGee, who registered two goals. MaGee scored the first of his two goals at 8:01 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Tav Macchia provided the assist. MaGee's next tally made the score 2-2 with 11:49 left in the third period. Downingtown East had taken the advantage when WC East's Charlie Carsello got sent off for slashing. Harrison Layne picked up the assist. In addition, Downingtown East received assists from Luca Pisani and Alex Fox, who contributed one each.
