Unionville downs DMA, 7-4

Unionville won 7-4 over DMA.

DMA was unable to stop Unionville from sending pucks towards the net, and Unionville eventually piled up 31 shots on goal. Unionville was effective with a man advantage, and put in three goals while on the power play.

Unionville was helped by Aiden Masters, who had one goal. Masters scored on the power play 16 seconds into the third period to make the score 5-4 Unionville. Charles (David) Hagerty provided the assist. Unionville also got points from Danny Hargadon, who also racked up one goal and one assist, Joey Impagliazzo, who also registered one goal and one assist, and Tyler Glennon, who also tallied two goals and one assist to lead the team in points. Unionville also had goals scored by Dan Brucker and Thomas Miles, who each put in one. In addition, Unionville received assists from Matt DiFlippo, who had one and John Hargadon, who had two.

DMA could not produce up to its normal offensive output. DMA puts an average of 6.2 pucks into the net per game. DMA forced Unionville goalie Michael Hansen to work between the pipes, taking 37 shots.

DMA was helped by Derek Golembrosky, who finished with two goals and two assists. Golembrosky scored the first of his two goals at 15:54 into the first period to make the score 1-1. Colin Emerich picked up the assist. Golembrosky's next tally made the score 3-1 DMA with 19:28 left in the second period. Emerich assisted on the tally. DMA additionally got points from Emerich, who also grabbed one goal and three assists to lead the team in points. DMA also got a goal from Markus Cook as well. More assists for DMA came via Jack Frost, who had one.

Hansen recorded 33 saves for Unionville. Unionville incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. DMA's Julia Emerich stopped 24 shots out of the 31 that he faced. DMA incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
