Conestoga wins tough contest against Radnor, 5-3

The game between Conestoga and Radnor was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end Conestoga emerged with a 5-3 win.

No lead was more than two goals during the contest, and the winning goal was scored by Tommy Sopko at 11:32 of the third period.

With four goals and three assists between them, Matt Cameron and Sopko teamed up to power Conestoga's offense. Cameron tallied two goals and three assists and Sopko also added two goals.

Conestoga additionally got points from Graham Carpenter, who also had one goal and three assists. In addition, Conestoga received assists from Alex Lee, who had one and Will Schnorr, who had two.

Radnor was led by Donald Sucher, who racked up three goals. More assists for Radnor came via Jake Rader, Clayton Proctor, and Teddy Girton, who contributed one each.

Malcolm Roeder made 23 saves for Conestoga on 26 shots. Conestoga incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors and had no power play opportunities. Martin Connor rejected 24 shots on goal for Radnor. Radnor avoided the penalty box for the entire game and scored one goal off of four power plays.
