Cameron's goals lift Conestoga to 7-1 victory over PenncrestIceLine Rink 1 Mon, Nov 02, 2015 Matt Cameron was all over the ice for Conestoga, as he tallied four goals in Conestoga's 7-1 win over Penncrest. Cameron's first goal came 6:13 into the first period. He then added goals at 10:53 into the first, at 14:32 into the second, and at 5:34 into the third.Conestoga stifled Penncrest's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Conestoga also got points from Nick Falcone, who also grabbed one goal and one assist and John Paul Kalilec, who also had one goal and one assist. Scott Macmillan also scored for Conestoga. In addition, Conestoga received assists from Charlie Orr, who had two, Graham Carpenter, who had four, and Will Delaney, Tate Kienzle, and Will Schnorr, who contributed one each. Penncrest did not challenge the opposing netminder, only getting 14 shots on net to force 13 saves. Penncrest's penalty killing units received substantial work throughout the game as Penncrest finished with 14 penalty minutes. Penncrest was led by Jack Fletcher, who scored the team's only goal. Fletcher scored 5:50 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Penncrest. Dan Mundy picked up the assist. Luke Turner made 13 saves for Conestoga on 14 shots. Conestoga incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Mark Dumont rejected 16 shots on goal for Penncrest. Penncrest registered zero goals on four power play opportunities.
