Malvern Prep climbed out of a three-goal hole to beat Cardinal OHara, 4-3.

Malvern Prep never led in the game until netting the game winner. Malvern Prep was down 3-0 after a goal by Cardinal OHara's Liam McCanney at 9:07 in the second period. Malvern Prep tied things up at 3-3 on a goal by Joey Abel at 9:49 in the third period. Malvern Prep netted the game winner at 12:40 in the third period on a goal by Abel.

Stephen D Elia had two goals to lead Malvern Prep to victory.

Malvern Prep also got points from Abel, who also grabbed one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Charlie Andress also scored for Malvern Prep. In addition, Malvern Prep received assists from Skyler Davis, Christian Ostrowski, and Jake Swayze, who each chipped in one.

Cardinal OHara did not rack up many penalties in the contest, registering only one minor for 12 minutes in penalty time.

Cardinal OHara also got a goal from John McVeigh as well. More assists for Cardinal OHara came via Nick Donato, who had one.
