Archbishop Ryan outlasts Boyertown, 4-2FSZ-NE Phantoms Mon, Dec 21, 2015 Archbishop Ryan and Boyertown were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Archbishop Ryan made the most of its opportunities and won, 4-2. Neither team gained more than a two-goal lead, and Shawn Connolly's goal in the third period proved to be the difference maker. Connolly had a great game for Archbishop Ryan, netting two goals. Archbishop Ryan also got points from Mark Cirelli, who also had one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Archbishop Ryan also got a goal from Blaze Ferris as well. In addition, Archbishop Ryan received assists from Ryan Ferris, Joe Wixted, Trevor Giwerowski, and Stephen Pettit, who contributed one each. Boyertown's offense operated below its season average.
