Lanzilli's goals lift Massachusetts University of to 7-3 victory over Vermont University of

The Massachusetts University of Minutemen relied on the scoring touch of Brittani Lanzilli, who netted five goals, to beat the Vermont University of Catamounts, 7-3.

Lanzilli notched his first tally 13:49 into the first period. He then added goals at 16:43 into the first, at 30 seconds into the second, at 11:01 into the third, and at 13:34 into the third.

Vermont University of was unable to stop Massachusetts University of from sending pucks towards the net, and the Minutemen eventually piled up 51 shots on goal.

Massachusetts University of additionally got points from Meghan Lawler, who also had one goal and one assist. Massachusetts University of also got a goal from Katy Turner as well. In addition, Massachusetts University of received assists from Kelly Dolan, Tatum Schulz, and Amy Morin, who contributed one each and Michaela Tosone and Ally Perdios, who each chipped in three.
