M3-McKendree University rolls over M3-Bradley University, 6-3

M3-McKendree University had a two-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-3 win over M3-Bradley University.

M3-McKendree University got the win with help from a great game by Sasha-Mitchell Perron, who had two goals and one assist. Perron scored the first of his two goals at 12:19 into the first period to make the score 2-1 M3-McKendree University. Evan Franklin picked up the assist. Perron's next tally made the score 5-3 M3-McKendree University with 5:58 left in the second period. Dylan Mueth provided the assist.

M3-McKendree University excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. M3-Bradley University was unable to stop M3-McKendree University from sending pucks towards the net, and M3-McKendree University eventually piled up 38 shots on goal.

M3-McKendree University also got points from Billy Lamb, who also registered two goals and one assist, Lazar Lestaric, who also finished with one goal and two assists, and Mueth, who also grabbed one goal and one assist.

M3-Bradley University was led by Cj Pasdertz, who tallied one goal and one assist. Pasdertz scored 11:20 into the second period to make the score 4-3 M3-McKendree University. Bailey Barisch picked up the assist. Others who scored for M3-Bradley University included Evan Heimerl and Alex Wagner, who each put in one. In addition, M3-Bradley University received assists from Matt Daury, who had two.

Andrew Best made 26 saves for M3-McKendree University on 29 shots. M3-McKendree University incurred 16 minutes in penalty time with three minors and had no power play opportunities. M3-McKendree University ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Franklin was ejected from the game. Logan Osborne recorded 32 saves for M3-Bradley University.
