M2 Sacred Heart University holds on for 5-4 win against M2 Central Connecticut St Universi

M2 Central Connecticut St Universi tried to dig itself out of a three-goal hole, but M2 Sacred Heart University held on for a 5-4 victory.

M2 Sacred Heart University made the score 5-2 on a goal by Alexander Lipkin at 17:27 in the second period, and M2 Central Connecticut St Universi got as close as 5-4 when Matthew Lis scored 18:42 into the third period.

M2 Sacred Heart University got the win with help from a great game by Frank Vetere, who had one goal and two assists. Vetere scored 7:45 into the first period to make the score 2-1 M2 Central Connecticut St Universi. Daniel Sowinski provided the assist.
